AUTO-RESPONDER or AUTO-EMAILER
The auto-mailer is designed to be used in two ways.
The first way is to use it as a once-only email message sent to Yahoo! Store customers, primarily used to request product reviews. As such, it can be customized and targeted, using a customer's name along with his/her email and a specific product reference in the body of the message. A default template is provided for that purpose, and any number of additional templates can be added. This way, once a customer has been contacted via email, their address will not be used again.
The second use for the emailer is to send email messages to customers, once or multiple times, as needed. The store owner could create multiple email campaigns based on store order history or on a custom e-mails database.
