Remote Processing of Orders
Description
Remote Customer Service module for order processing with different levels of access.
This module was designed to be used by customer service personnel, with allowed access to store orders, but with limited order data available to look at. This module allows to remotely process orders in different ways, but it does not display secure order information (i.e. the credit cards data).
The module is located on the store owner's WEB hosting and does not use any 3-rd party scripts or services.
Additional module configuration and available functionalities could be developed-on-demand.
